Registration: Please remember that all our UK sales are to registered farriers only

 

Order: To place an order with us simply scroll though the products, select the size and style required and drag and drop it in the shopping cart. When you have all your requirements in the shopping cart click on the check out button and you will be taken through our secure payment process.

 

Stocks: Should the unlikely event occur that we are out of stock of an item you require, you can always contact us and request to be notified when this item is available.

 

 

VAT: VAT will be chargeable on all UK orders at the prevailing rate.

 

Prices: The price of any product will be as quoted on our website, except in case of obvious error. Due to the large number of items on our website it may be possible that, despite our best possible efforts, some products on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices as part of our despatch process and should we find any discrepancies we reserve the right to contact you for further instructions or reject the order and notify you of such rejection.

 

Despatch: We aim to despatch orders placed within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Orders are despatched on a working day next day service where practical.

 

Delivery times: Delivery is Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.30 to your nominated address. A text service is available to notify you of the delivery time. Special delivery instructions can be agreed by prior arrangement.

 

Discounts: Free delivery will apply to all order of over £300 net value to registered farriers.

 

 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

 

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. You can do this by contacting us by email or telephone quoting the order number in question.

 

Any goods returned must be in original packing and in a saleable condition

 

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of this site.

 

 

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
